We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders. If you choose to add shipping protection, it costs $3 for added security during transit.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from order confirmation. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. The tracking number becomes active within 24-48 hours. Alternatively, you can visit the Track Your Order page to track your order.

You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting customer support at info@oemautospace.com If the order has already been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. There is no restocking fee. Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.

To initiate a return, email info@oemautospace.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary.

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. Do not open any sealed products that are damaged. Provide a detailed description and photos of the damage, and we will arrange a return, replacement, or refund based on your preference.
